Self-contained | Auto-Drain | 120 V NEMA 5-15POne drop-in, three holding modes. The Vollrath FC-HCF-02120-AD gives you independent Hot, Cold and Frozen control in each of its two full-size wells, so you can run soup service on the left and an ice-cold salad bar on the right—all from the same compact footprint.

- The unit is intended for indoor use in ambient temperatures ≤ 86 °F (30 °C).
- Water must be added during Hot mode for even heat distribution; water is automatically drained when switching to Cold/Frozen modes.

- Cut-out dimensions should be verified after receiving the unit; drop-ins are built to order and are non-returnable.
