Vollrath DUALI-2900SS is a countertop, side-by-side induction range with two 2900 W hobs. It features control knobs, stainless steel framed hobs and an included temperature-control probe.
InductIQ technology provides precise temperature control and instantaneous pan detection. The range offers 100 power settings and four customizable programs with up to three stages of power or temperature and time.
It operates at 208–240 V and 24.1 amps. Induction-ready cookware is required; a dedicated circuit is also required, and air intake and exhaust must remain unrestricted.
