Bring steak-house results to any cookline with the Vollrath® 24 inch medium-duty charbroiler. Two high-output burners, reversible cast grates and rugged stainless-steel construction give you the power and precision of a full-size grill in a compact, countertop footprint.

Performance & durability

  • Two individually-controlled, stainless-steel burners deliver 40,000 BTU each (80,000 BTU total).
  • Reversible cast-iron grill plates:
    • Narrow ridges with grease channels minimize flare-ups and smoke.
    • Flatter, wider surface is gentle on fish, veggies and other delicate foods.
  • Natural-gas ready; LP conversion kit included at no extra cost.
  • Stainless-steel body, bull-nose front and lifetime-guaranteed metal control knobs stand up to heavy use.
  • Smaller, easy-to-handle grease trays simplify cleanup.
  • Heavy-duty 4″ adjustable legs level the unit and provide required airflow.
  • Zero side clearance from non-combustible surfaces maximizes valuable line space.
