Designed for high-volume foodservice lines, this Vollrath top-mount bain marie keeps up to six full-size 12" × 20" pans of product at safe serving temperatures—without hard-wiring. Just drop it in, plug it in, add ½" of water, and let the thermostatic control do the rest.
