The Vollrath 2-pan Bain Marie Hot Drop-In combines a fully insulated stainless well, precision thermostatic control and a drip-edge work surface to deliver reliable, mess-free food holding in any buffet, cafeteria or cook-line.

Installation & Use Tips
- Add approximately ½ in of water before pre-heating for best heat distribution.
