Designed for high-volume cafeterias, buffets, and catering lines, the Vollrath four-well drop-in keeps your menu items at safe, appetizing temperatures without the need for hard-wiring. Simply set it into a 54" × 25-1/4" cutout, fill the wells with water, plug into a 240 V outlet, and start serving.
