Keep soups, sauces and entrées at safe serving temperatures without hard-wiring or complicated plumbing. This Made-in-USA Vollrath drop-in features four individually controlled, fully-insulated wells and a convenient 1″ copper manifold drain that makes daily cleanup fast and sanitary.

Installation & Use Tips

  • Mount flush in counters up to 3″ thick using the supplied clips.
  • Fill each well with the recommended water level before energizing the unit.
  • Use the individual ball valves to drain single wells during service, or open the master valve to empty the entire manifold at once.
  • For fractional pans, add Vollrath adapter bars (sold separately) to prevent steam loss.
Important: This unit is designed for moist-heat (wet) operation only. Running a well dry can damage the elements and void the warranty.
