Serve hot entrées with confidence. This Made-in-USA, plug-and-play module slips neatly into a 40-3/4" x 25-1/4" counter cutout and delivers precise, uniform heat to three full-size steam-table pans—no hard wiring required.

Installation & Operation Tips

  • Always maintain at least 1-1/2" of water in each well for optimal performance.
  • Use adapter bars when holding fractional pans to minimize steam loss.
  • Drain and wipe wells daily to prevent scale and extend equipment life.
  • Indoor use only; ambient temperature and HVAC airflow affect holding temps.
Important: This unit is engineered for wet operation only. Running the wells dry will damage the heating elements and void the warranty.
