The unit features a 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board, hinged insulated flat lift-up lid, full electronic control, rear-mounted refrigeration, and V-Core™ cooling technology.
- Two drawers with locking divider bars; upper drawer accommodates two 4-inch-deep pans and lower drawer accommodates two 6-inch-deep pans.
