The VPPD72HC-3 is a two-section pizza prep table with 22.77 cu. ft. of capacity, one self-closing door, and three drawers. Its self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system is powered by V-Core™ and uses R-290 refrigerant.

The unit has a stainless steel front and sides, stainless steel top, aluminum interior, and a removable 19-inch cutting board. A hinged, insulated, removable flat lift-up lid accommodates 6-inch-deep full-size food service pans; food pans are not included.
