The Victory Refrigeration VPPD67HC-4 is a two-section pizza prep table powered by V-Core™. It provides 20.68 cubic feet of capacity with four drawers and a self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system.
The unit features a stainless steel top, stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum interior, a hinged insulated removable flat lift-up lid, and a removable 19-inch-wide cutting board. Full electronic control, adaptive defrost, R-290 refrigerant, and a 1/2 HP condensing unit are specified for this model.
- Accommodates 6-inch-deep full-size foodservice pans in the upper and lower drawers; pans are not included.
- Drawers include heavy-duty telescoping slides with locking mechanisms and a 275 lb load rating per drawer.
