The VPPD119HC-8 is a four-section pizza prep table with eight drawers and self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration. It features a stainless steel top, a removable 19-inch cutting board, and 42.2 cu. ft. of capacity.
Additional features include full electronic control, a hinged insulated removable flat lift-up lid, an aluminum interior, stainless steel front and sides, and V-Core™ cooling technology. The refrigerator is capable of maintaining product temperatures from 36°F to 38°F. Food pans are not included.
