The VEFSA-1D-HG-HC freezer with V-Core™ Cooling Technology uses an average of 3.92 kWh per day, which is 35% more efficient than comparable competitor units that average 6.2 kWh per day, resulting in substantial energy savings.
The freezer comes with a Seven (7) Year Parts & Labor Limited Warranty (6 years from installation or 75 months from shipment, whichever is earlier) and an additional one (1) year limited warranty on the hermetically/semi-hermetically sealed compressor part (not to exceed 87 months from shipment), for units shipped after July 1, 2024.
The warranty can be voided by removal or alteration of the serial/data plate, improper operation (e.g., negligent cleaning, low voltage, inadequate wiring, outdoor use, accidental damage), installation in a residential application, failure to clean condenser coils regularly, or operation in unconditioned environments.
The warranty covers repairing or replacing defective parts and associated labor at standard straight time rates, but it excludes installation, start-up, normal maintenance, food loss, other consequential damages, components removable without tools, freight for replacement/failed compressors (for the extended compressor warranty), and extra overtime rates for service outside normal working hours.
