The Victory UltraSpec™ RISA-3D-S1-PT-HC is a three-section, self-contained roll-thru refrigerator with 118.3 cu. ft. of capacity, a stainless steel exterior, an aluminum interior, and six full-height hinged stainless steel doors.
It features V-Core™ cooling technology, TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control and indication, LED lighting, expansion valve technology, adaptive defrost, and R-290 refrigerant. The refrigerator is capable of maintaining product temperatures from 36°F to 38°F.
