Victory Refrigeration HI5-5-45U blast chiller/freezer delivers commercial-grade rapid chilling, freezing, thawing and proofing in a compact reach-in design. Stainless steel, self-contained cabinet holds (5) 12" x 20" pans with 2.56" spacing and uses a 1 HP bottom-mount system to chill 45 lb from 194°F to 37°F in 90 minutes or freeze 30 lb to 0°F in 240 minutes. Features include electronic LCD controls with HACCP monitoring, programmable controls, printer, RS‑485, core temp probe, safety micro-switch, manual defrost, adjustable feet, cETLus and ETL‑Sanitation approvals—ideal for restaurants, bakeries and catering operations seeking reliable, versatile cold holding.
