Description
The Victory Refrigeration HI5-16-176UL-HC is a 49.73 cu. ft. reach-in multi-use blast chiller/freezer with five functions: blast chilling, blast freezing, thawing, dough retarding and slow cooking.
It accommodates 16 pans in either 18 x 26 in. or 12 x 20 in. sizes and includes cook/chill operation with probe or timer settings, 99 program memory locations, HACCP alarm display and a USB Data Recorder/Interface.
The stainless steel unit uses self-contained R-290 refrigeration, a hot gas condensate evaporator, adjustable feet and a 0-194°F temperature range.
