The RIHC-375-SS-1S-H is a one-section roll-in hot food cabinet designed for holding hot food in carts up to 72 inches high. It features digital temperature control, an extra-wide solid stainless steel door, stainless steel interior and exterior, fiberglass insulation, and an entrance ramp.
The cabinet measures 37.5 inches wide, 34.5 inches deep, and 83.0 inches high. It provides 36 cu. ft. of capacity and accepts carts up to 30.5 inches wide by 29 inches deep within the 72-inch height limit.
