The Standard Range SR-SM36 is a 36-inch cheese melter and salamander broiler with one 35,000 BTU natural gas infrared burner and manual control.
It has a three-position adjustable spring-balanced rack with a ball-grip handle, a full-width broiler pan, and a bottom oil collector. A wall mount kit is standard, a range mount is optional, and four-inch adjustable-height non-skid stainless steel legs are included for countertop operation.
The unit includes a standby pilot and an LP gas conversion kit. Exterior dimensions are 36 inches wide by 24.7 inches deep by 18 inches high.
