The Prepline ESTC48-3S is a 48-inch electric hot food steam table with three sealed wells, an enclosed base cabinet, and sliding doors.
Its stainless steel structure includes a polyethylene cutting board, stainless steel heating element, independent infinite controls, adjustable stainless steel feet, an indicator light, and a built-in water drain. The sealed wells do not require spillage pans and allow water to be added directly to the wells.
