Hand-built from genuine refractory firebrick and wrapped in high-performance insulation, the Univex DOME59R brings authentic, stone-baked flavor to the busiest pizzerias, breweries, resorts and open-kitchen concepts. Its massive 59 inch hearth delivers consistent heat, while the cool-to-touch exterior keeps staff and guests comfortable and safe.

Clearance & installation
  • Minimum 6 in (15 cm) from combustible walls, 16 in (41 cm) overhead
  • Install on a non-combustible floor with 32 in (81 cm) around sides and 40 in (102 cm) in front
  • Provide 31 in² (200 cm²) ventilation opening beneath oven stand
  • Recommend dedicated natural-draft flue; if code requires a fan, limit to 200–300 CFM
  • Leave service access on at least one side
