Its insulated, firebrick dome stores and releases heat evenly, delivering blistered crusts and perfectly melted toppings – batch after batch.

Installation & Utility Requirements
- Set on a non-combustible floor with at least 32" perimeter clearance and 40" in front for loading.
- Minimum open area under oven: 31 in² (200 cm²).
- If a powered exhaust is mandated, limit fan draw to 200–300 CFM to preserve proper draft.
- Gas pressure: NG 4.0" WC / LP 10.0" WC.
