Hand-built in Italy and finished by Univex, the DOME55P brings authentic old-world baking to modern, high-volume pizzerias. Its insulated, firebrick dome stores and releases heat evenly, delivering blistered crusts and perfectly melted toppings – batch after batch.

Installation & Utility Requirements

  • Set on a non-combustible floor with at least 32" perimeter clearance and 40" in front for loading.
  • Minimum open area under oven: 31 in² (200 cm²).
  • If a powered exhaust is mandated, limit fan draw to 200–300 CFM to preserve proper draft.
  • Gas pressure: NG 4.0" WC  /  LP 10.0" WC.
Important: This oven ships fully assembled at over 5,500 lb. Confirm door widths, floor load ratings and rigging path before scheduling delivery.

Optional Finishes

The DOME55P ships with black iron walls, but Univex can custom-finish your oven in red or yellow brick, 10 × 10 tiles, marble, mosaic, stone or metal leaf to match your dining room aesthetic. Contact us for a quote.
