- Forklift rated 5,000 lb with 72" forks required for placement.
- If shipped fully assembled, pathways and doorways must provide at least 70" clearance.
- Minimum clearance from combustibles: 6" sides, 16" top.
- Install on a non-combustible floor with 32" clearance around the oven and 40" in front.
- Provide 31 in² (200 cm²) of open area beneath the oven for ventilation.
- Dedicated natural-draft flue recommended; mechanical exhaust not to exceed 200–300 CFM if required by code.
