Installation & clearances
- Minimum clearance from combustibles: 6" (15.2 cm) sides/back, 16" (40.6 cm) top.
- Place on a non-combustible floor with at least 32" (81.3 cm) around the oven and 40" (101.6 cm) at the front.
- Provide 31 in² (200 cm²) of open area beneath the stand for cooling airflow.
- Dedicated natural-draft flue recommended; any required exhaust fan must be limited to 200–300 CFM.
