Installation & operation
- Mount on a non-combustible floor with at least 32" perimeter clearance and 40" in front for loading.
- Maintain 6" clearance from combustibles on all sides and 16" above the dome.
- Provide a dedicated natural-draft flue; if local code requires an exhaust fan, size it between 200–300 CFM.
- Minimum combustion-air opening beneath oven: 31 in² (200 cm²).
- Allow service access to gas valve, electrical components, and flue clean-out.
