Modular Panel Construction

Constructed with prefab, precision-formed, modular panels featuring cam-action locking devices for accurate and rapid field assembly, operable from inside the walk-in.

High-Density Extruded Polystyrene Insulation

All wall and ceiling panels utilize 4" thick, high-quality, rigid extruded polystyrene insulation (1.6 lb density) with an R-factor of not less than 7.2 per inch, providing an initial fresh R-28.8 minimum total wall R factor for excellent thermal efficiency. Insulation is HFC and CFC free, made from 60% recycled materials, and 100% recyclable.

Durable Metal Skins

Inner and outer metal skins of the panels are made from 26 gauge stucco embossed galvalume steel, ensuring durability and a professional finish for walls and ceilings.

Tongue and Groove Panel Joints

Panels connect via tongue and groove joints sealed with double-barreled NSF® approved gaskets, preventing swelling and mold formation by eliminating wood from the profile.

Floorless Design with Vinyl Screeds

Designed as a floorless unit, it includes vinyl floor screeds with NSF® approved cove both inside and out for a clean and sanitary installation.

Standard Passage Door

Features a 34" x 76" flush-mounted door with suitable sweep and magnetic gaskets, door closer, pre-wired vapor proof light fixture, light switch with pilot light, dial thermometer, manual internal lock override, chrome plated cam lift hinges, and chrome plated door latches with strike.
