Prefab precision-formed wall and ceiling panels are designed for rapid field assembly and factory test assembly.
Cam-Lock Assembly
Cam-action locking devices connect the panels securely; a hex-shaped wrench is supplied and the wrench holes are sealed with press-fit plug buttons after assembly.
4-Inch Extruded Insulation
Rigid 4" extruded polystyrene insulation is used in the wall and ceiling panels to support cold storage efficiency.
Stucco Embossed Galvalume Panels
The walk-in uses 26-gauge stucco embossed galvalume steel for the wall and ceiling panel finish.
Floorless Design
No floor is included; floor screeds are provided for floorless walk-ins.
Standard Passage Door
