- 16-gauge stainless steel front plate & wrap with 4" bull-nose ledge for safe plating space
- Heat-resistant PPS on/off knobs and an adjustable standing pilot for every burner
- Welded heat box & radiant brackets ensure even heat distribution and long service life
- Full-width, slide-out grease pan for fast end-of-shift cleanup
- 2" adjustable stainless steel legs keep the unit level on any countertop
- Factory-supplied 3/4" gas pressure regulator; rear 3/4" NPT connection
