- (4) 22,000 BTU aluminized U-shaped burners—one for every 12" of surface—for uniform heat distribution.
- Individual manual controls with heat-resistant PPS on-off knobs.
- 4" stainless steel backsplash with tapered side splashes keeps grease contained.
- 3" wide bullnose front grease trough & removable grease pan for quick, safe disposal.
- Stainless steel front, sides, and 4" top ledge resist corrosion and wipe clean easily.
- 2" stainless steel legs provide sturdy elevation for airflow and sanitation.
- Factory-installed 3/4" rear gas regulator; field convertible for Natural Gas or LP.
