Model STR2HRT-2S-2S • Two-section • Front & rear stainless-steel doorsEngineered for high-volume kitchens that demand precision and durability, the True SPEC SERIES® STR2HRT-2S-2S keeps cooked or baked product hot, safe and ready to serve. Roll a full rack straight through the cabinet, lock both door sets, and maintain an even 140–180 °F (60–82 °C) with True’s powerful 4 kW heating system.
