The Traulsen Dealer's Choice UST6012-DD is a two-section, 60-inch prep table refrigerator with a low-profile flat cover, four drawers, and rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration.

The top rail holds twelve 1/6-size pans that are 4 inches deep and included. The top rail and drawers accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep; top drawers hold 9 pans per drawer and bottom drawers hold 6 pans per drawer. Drawer pans are not included.

A full-length reversible white nylon cutting board supports prep work. The unit has a stainless steel exterior, galvanized back and bottom, R-290 refrigerant, and 4-inch casters.
