The Traulsen TBC13-50 is a self-contained, right-hinged reach-in blast chiller configured for combi-oven compatibility. It features touchscreen control, dual refrigeration, stainless steel interior and exterior construction, and three removable waterproof probes.
The unit accommodates 13 18-inch x 26-inch pans or 26 12-inch x 20-inch pans and is mounted on 6-inch casters. Tray slides are not included.
