The Traulsen TB060SL3S is a 60-inch, three-row glycol prep table with a self-contained refrigeration system and capacity for 24 1/6-size pans. Its raised glycol-cooled pan rail is designed for pans up to 8 inches deep and includes an 8-inch white poly cutting board.
The unit has two hinged doors with left/right standard hinging, four powder-coated wire shelves, a stainless steel lift-off night cover, and 6-inch casters. Stainless steel is used on the front, top, sides, and cabinet interior, with a galvanized back and bottom.
Refrigeration uses R-290 refrigerant and a microprocessor control with LED temperature display. The unit operates on 115/60/1 power at 17 amps and includes an attached NEMA 5-20P plug.
