The Traulsen Spec-Line RET132EUT-FHS is a one-section, self-contained reach-in Even-Thaw refrigerator with a full-height solid door. It is designed to thaw frozen food under temperature-controlled conditions and automatically return to refrigeration when the product is thawed.
The unit has a stainless steel exterior and interior, Smart Control with LED display, a variable-speed compressor, R-290 refrigerant, EZ-Clean door gaskets, and 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs. Standard operating temperature is 37–41°F.
This Even-Thaw model is intended solely for thawing and not for use as a holding cabinet.
