The Traulsen Dealer's Choice CLST-3610-SD-LR-LK is a two-section compact prep table refrigerator with a stainless steel exterior and interior.
It accommodates 10 1/6-size 4-inch-deep pans, which are included, and the rail is rated for 6-inch-deep pans. The unit includes a full-length removable cutting board, two epoxy-coated shelves per section, and two solid doors hinged left/right with field-reversible hinges and locks.
An electronic control with LED display operates the self-contained R-290 forced-air refrigeration system. Factory-installed 4-inch casters, a 1/5 HP system, and a front-breathing design complete the commercial prep-table configuration.
