Description
The Traulsen Dealer's Choice CLST-2708-SD-R is a one-section compact prep table refrigerator with a solid door hinged right and field-reversible, plus stainless steel interior and exterior.
It accommodates eight 1/6-size pans; four-inch-deep pans are included, and the rail is rated for six-inch-deep pans. It has a full-length removable cutting board, an electronic control with LED display, and two epoxy-coated shelves per section.
The self-contained, rear-mounted forced-air refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant and is specified to operate at 32–41°F (0–5°C). Four-inch casters are factory installed.
