The Traulsen CLPT-3610-SD-LR is a two-section compact prep table refrigerator with a stainless steel exterior and interior, self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration, and solid doors hinged left/right.
The top accommodates ten 1/6-size pans. Four-inch-deep pans are included, and the unit is rated for use with six-inch-deep pans. A full-length removable cutting board, electronic LED control, epoxy-coated shelves, and four-inch casters are supplied standard.
