The Traulsen Dealer's Choice CLPT-2712-SD-R-LK is a one-section mega top prep table refrigerator with a stainless steel exterior and interior. Its refrigerated top accommodates twelve 1/6-size pans, with twelve 4-inch-deep pans supplied and the rail rated for 6-inch-deep pans.
The unit has a right-hinged solid door with an installed lock and field-reversible hinging. An electronic control with LED display, self-contained rear-mounted R-290 refrigeration, two epoxy-coated shelves, four-inch casters, and a full-length removable cutting board support kitchen prep and storage.
