SP208-6-1-MF SBU is an electric, boilerless convection steamer with one compartment sized for six 12 x 20 x 2.5 in pans. Its manual-fill, connectionless configuration does not require a water or drain connection.

The steamer provides a 60-minute timer, continuous cooking and hold mode with an adjustable thermostat, and dual steam impingement for directing convection steam from both sides of the cooking chamber.
