The Sterling Manufacturing QCG-E10-36-ES is an electric, floor-mounted convection steamer with two independent cooking compartments. Each compartment holds five 12 in x 20 in x 2-1/2 in pans.
It includes a 60-minute timer with manual bypass mode in each compartment, automatic generator blowdown and flush, a quick change generator system, and 304 stainless steel interior and exterior construction.
