  • Three 30,000 BTU “H” burners (one every 12") with independent manual controls—fine-tune zones for eggs, burgers, or tortillas simultaneously.
  • 150 °F – 550 °F operating range handles everything from delicate breakfast items to high-heat searing.
  • Standing pilot ignition keeps each section ready to cook without relighting.
  • 4⅜" wrap-around splash guard contains grease and food debris on all sides.
  • Extra-wide 3½" front trough & large-capacity drawer speed up end-of-shift cleanup.
  • Heavy-duty metal control knobs and a welded steel frame with stainless exterior stand up to daily commercial abuse.
