- Four 28,300 BTU U-shaped burners (one every 12") blanket the plate with even heat.
- Embedded modulating thermostats—just 3/16" below the surface—adjust from 150–450 °F for rapid recovery and tight temperature control.
- Chrome-plated die-cast knobs and a cool-to-the-touch stainless bull-nose keep operators safe.
- 4.5" wrap-around splash guard plus a 3.25" wide front trough and 4.5 qt stainless drawer streamline clean-up.
- Ships Natural Gas and includes an LP conversion kit with reversible pressure regulator.
