The STC-SST-28 is a one-section, self-contained sandwich and salad top refrigerator with a 12-pan top. It includes eight 1/6-size pans that are 4 in deep and a full-length, 5/8 in thick poly-vinyl cutting board.
The unit has a stainless steel front, sides, and top, a stainless steel interior top, back, and floor, one PVC-coated shelf, and casters with two front brakes. Its self-closing door remains open past 90° and is field reversible.
