Six solid 9" round hotplates team up with a high-speed TruVection oven, all wrapped in a fully front-serviceable stainless-steel cabinet that’s built to thrive in the toughest back-of-house environments.
Range-Top Performance
- (6) 9" diameter solid hotplates – each 2.6 kW (15.6 kW total).
- Individual 4-position, 3-heat switches (HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW / OFF) for pinpoint temperature control.
- Formed tubular elements clamp tight to the plate for fast heat transfer and outstanding recovery.
- Central, hinged control panel is ventilated and swings open for easy service access.
TruVection Oven Advantages
- 7.5 kW heating system with ½ HP two-speed fan motor for even, high-velocity airflow.
