Built for high-volume, multi-tasking kitchens, the Southbend SE36 delivers the rugged performance of a heavy-duty range with the precision of electric heat. Three large, thermostatically-controlled hot tops handle everything from low-temp simmering to rapid boils, while the spacious convection oven turns out perfectly even bakes and roasts. All wrapped in easy-to-clean stainless steel, this range is a proven workhorse for hotels, institutions and demanding restaurants.

Hot Top Cooking Power

Unlike open burners or lightweight hot plates, Southbend’s 1-inch thick cast-iron hot tops spread heat evenly across the entire surface. Slide stock pots and sauté pans from one zone to another without losing heat or lifting heavy cookware.

  • Each hot top is independently controlled by a low-profile thermostat.
  • Wide 250°F-850°F range covers gentle holding, rapid searing and everything in-between.

High-Performance Convection Oven
