Model S60DD-3G/T | 246,000 BTUBuilt for busy kitchens that refuse to compromise, the Southbend S-Series combines heavy-duty power, day-to-day reliability and operator-friendly details in one 60-inch footprint. Four lifetime-warrantied 28,000 BTU open burners handle everything from rapid boils to low simmers, while a right-side 36" griddle with snap-action thermostatic controls knocks out pancakes, burgers and more—all at the same time. Beneath the cooking surface, two full-size 35,000 BTU standard ovens keep entrées, sides and desserts moving.
