Built to thrive on a busy cookline, the 60" Southbend S-Series combines high-performance open burners, a precise thermostatic griddle, and two space-saving ovens in one rugged, stainless-steel platform. From breakfast rush to dinner service, this range delivers the versatility, durability, and power professionals demand.

  • 4 × 28,000 BTU open burners with patented, non-clog cast-iron heads (lifetime warranty) and removable cast-iron grates that accept up to a 14" stock pot.
  • 36" thermostatic griddle (left-side) with a ½" thick, polished steel plate, raised splash sides, and 4 × 16,000 BTU burners for even heat from edge to edge.
  • Dual 35,000 BTU standard ovens with snap-action thermostats (175 – 550 °F), U-shaped burners, and a rack included with each cavity.
  • Two full-width crumb drawers, a hinged lower valve panel, and metal control knobs with red heat stripes simplify cleanup and service.
  • All-stainless exterior—front, sides, 22½" flue riser shelf, 4" front rail, and 6" adjustable legs—stands up to daily commercial abuse.
  • Factory-installed ¾" rear gas regulator; cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star & NSF certified for gas safety and sanitation.
