Model S60DC-4G / T | 171,000 BTU | cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSFBuilt for busy kitchens that need maximum griddle real-estate without giving up the flexibility of open burners, this 60" Southbend S-Series restaurant range delivers heavy-duty performance in one space-saving footprint. A full 48" manual-control griddle anchors the cooktop, while two 28,000 BTU open burners handle saucepans, stock pots, and sauté orders. Down below you get a 35,000 BTU snap-action standard oven plus a convenient cabinet base for sheet pans, utensils, or dry storage.
