Built for busy kitchens that demand flexibility, the Southbend S-Series S60DC-2G packs six high-performance burners, a smooth 24 inch griddle, and a full-size oven into a single 60 inch footprint—while still giving you a handy cabinet for extra storage. Rugged stainless construction, removable cast-iron grates, and operator-friendly controls keep your line moving shift after shift.

  • Individual, removable cast-iron grate tops—rear grates handle up to a 14" stock pot
  • 24" griddle (left) with a ½" polished steel plate and raised sides; three 16,000 BTU burners, manual controls
  • 35,000 BTU standard oven with snap-action thermostat (175 °F – 550 °F)
  • Oven interior: 26" W × 26.5" D × 14" H; includes 1 rack & 2-position guides

Important: This commercial range must be installed under a properly sized vent hood and connected by a licensed technician. Allow 10" clearance to combustible walls when using legs or casters.

Oversized cookware (12" diameter or larger) should be used on the rear grates to avoid excessive heat at the front rail, per Southbend guidelines.
