Open-Top Power & Precision

  • Removable cast-iron grates; rear grates accept stock pots up to 14"
  • Two full-width crumb drawers keep the work surface clean and service-ready
  • Front-facing metal control knobs with red safety stripe
  • Factory-installed gas pressure regulator & hinged lower valve panel for fast service access
