Built for kitchens that demand maximum versatility in minimal space, the Southbend S-Series S60AD-4G/T combines a full 48-inch griddle, two powerful open burners, and both a convection and a standard oven—all in a rugged 60-inch footprint. From breakfast rush to dinner service, this all-in-one workhorse keeps production moving and cleanup effortless.

  • 2 × 28,000 BTU NAT (24,000 BTU LP) non-clog open burners with lifetime-warranted cast-iron grates.
  • 48" W × 22" D, 1"-thick polished steel griddle plate (right side) powered by 5 × 16,000 BTU burners—ideal for high-volume searing, browning and breakfast items.
  • Dual ovens:
    • 35,000 BTU convection oven with 1/2 hp fan, 5-position rack guides & 2 racks.
    • 35,000 BTU standard oven with U-shaped burner, 2-position guides & 1 rack.
  • Snap-action thermostats (175 °F – 550 °F) on both ovens for tight temperature control.
